Robert is off the ventilator for 15 minutes every hour. Yesterday was his first day of swallowing something other than Ribena, chocolate ice-cream, a real treat!!
Hopefully he will be moved shortly to Salisbury's Intensive Care Unit awaiting a bed in the Spinal Ward.

Glad to hear that Robert is making progress, fingers crossed he'll get a bed at the hospital nearer you.
Thinking of you all - and huge congratulations on the Welsh National win - hugely emotional and one of those wonderful romances that racing throws up. May it give all of you the hope and energy you all need.
